CONSIGNED TO THE TOMB - Yesterday afternoon, the funeral of the late Mr. Richard Bailey, of this city, took place and a number were in attendance at the obsequies. At the family residence, Rev. W.G. Clarke, pastor of the Tabernacle church, conducted services, assisted by the Rev. A. Campbell. A number of floral designs were distributed by relatives and friends.
